Let’s start with the hard definition of marketing.
“Marketing is a set of processes by which companies create value for customers and build strong customer relationships in order to capture value from customers in return.” (Philip Kotler and Gary Amstrong, Principles of Marketing, page 5, 15th edition, Pearson)
This definition may seem to be complicated to understand but I hope your understanding of marketing will increase as you read my posts.
